(More customer reviews)My son is a size 4T and it fit him perfectly. I think it might be a little small for an older/bigger child. The costume is easy to get off and on. The hat (made of foam) was a little squashed during the shipping process and didn't really pop back into place, but my son doesn't really care. He loves hats, along with Woody, so he was thrilled.
