(More customer reviews)I can't believe Amazon is selling this for $12. That is a real rip off, especially when I bought it at Toys-R-Us for only $4. It is really only worth $4 anyways, because it is like something you would get in a Happy Meal.
There is not a whole lot to say about this toy. When I first bought it, I didn't know the playset was the actual BOX. I thought the playset would at least be plasic, durable. The only parts that are plastic is the stage, rotating mirror, dolls, and the Pixos. The rest is basically garbage, I mean, it IS the BOX.
You can put the dolls on the stage and turn the wheel to make them spin around. Not a big deal. You do the same thing with the mirror, they just spin around by turning the wheel. Nothing amazing, and it will keep your child's attention probably for the amount of 5 minutes (if that).
The curtain they show in the picture is only paper. It doesn't stand up. It is basically garbage like the box.. or should I say playset? Either way.
I gave this two stars because my daughter and I did actually have fun putting the girls together and spraying them with water to make them stay like that. She really liked the dolls, and they are cute. Not $12 cute... maybe not even $4 cute...
The pixos are just OKAY. We made some stuff with them, sprayed them with the water. They didn't stick together the first time, so we had to spray again. Finally did stick the second time. I don't expect it to stay that way though, it looks like it would break apart. I am not even sure how long the dolls will stay together.
I hope no one buys this for $12.......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will be really disappointed.
I think the dolls and a spray bottle would be great in a Happy Meal.
