(More customer reviews)I was very excited to buy my grandaughter this doll, I sent in pictures of her so they could make the doll to look like her. I finally recieved the doll , I was very dissapointed . I didn't expect the doll to be exact but they don't even look simular. It appears to me that even though my grandaughter has a square face they just tried to hurry and gave the doll an oval face. I called the company and they are going to fix it , but it is a huge pain to do it all and I may not even recieve it back by christmas.
I would call on the phone to order your doll and make sure that they understand what shape of face ect that your child has.
It is a great quality doll though.
