The package didn't seem to have been opened already, so I'm guessing they were obtained while inflating. The thing kept falling apart, so I spent most of the party going out to the front yard to make sure the skirt and balloon lady weren't strewn about the yard.

Our Hula Girl Inflatable Yard Sign is 61" tall and can be inflated with either air or helium. Kit contains balloon, wand (which goes into the ground), grass skirt and straw (to inflate balloon). Grass skirt sways in the breeze giving a dynamic look to this decoration. Kit is reusable, simply refill the balloon. Due to the size, choose ground only for shipping, not air and not 3-day.Party Tip: Use at the entrance to welcome guests and let them know the luau's here. Use one on each side. Can also be used as yard decoration.
