voice recognition is worse than early voice dial phones - we tried both adult & child voices. right there, that makes this toy useless. not sure about the other 'dolls', but brandy is very rude! i guess her personality is suppose to be sassy??? would have helped if the manufacturer would have described this. some of the responses made my jaw drop. in fact, i tell my daughter to stay clear of kids with such a bad attitude at school.
DON'T BUY IT! there are no redeaming qualitites - except that a toddler would not be able to get at the batteries (even hard for adults).
